During the warranty period:
The company promises to provide free repair and maintenance services for the equipment within 1 year (except for human factors); free software upgrades during the warranty period (except for additional functions)
Repair of out-of-warranty equipment:
If the out-of-warranty equipment requires repair, maintenance and servicing, our company provides door-to-door service and charges a reasonable cost.
Localization services:
We have branches in Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiamen, Chongqing and other places. We have service bases in Vietnam and Malaysia in Southeast Asia to provide long-term localized services.
After-sales staff qualifications:
Our company arranges senior engineers with 5-8 years of equipment experience to arrive at the site to be responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance. At the same time, we provide free technical training to on-site operators and engineers, and ensure that the personnel can correctly use and repair the equipment after training.
