Features and characteristics
▎Temperature control by Peltier temperature control plate is applicable to a wide range of temperatures from low temperature (-40°C) to high temperature (120°C), achieving high-precision product production with uniform temperature distribution.
▎The workpieces are supplied to a dedicated bracket, which shuttles across the temperature plate.
▎The measuring head side is also temperature controlled by Peltier to reduce temperature changes when the probe contacts it.
▎The standard temperature tank is 16 water tanks, but the number of temperature tanks can be increased. (To be discussed separately)
▎Compared with the traditional in-line constant temperature tank, the volume is greatly reduced.
Application Scenario
▎It is a device that measures the temperature characteristics of TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) and writes the adjustment data to the IC.
▎Temperature control by Peltier temperature control plate is applicable to a wide range of temperatures from low temperature (-40°C) to high temperature (120°C), achieving high-precision product production with uniform temperature distribution.
▎Since the dedicated bracket is directly cooled and heated on the temperature control plate, there is no need for soaking time and it is a fast-acting device.
